Do you want to help make the holiday season bright for families in need this year? Wellington is accepting donations for the annual Hometown Holiday Food Drive now through November 15th.

During the hours of the Lakeside Market, on Thursdays from 5 to 9 PM, drop-off bins will be available for donated itmes.

Residents are encouraged to contribute non-perishable food items and please be mindful to check expiration dates.

Items Needed

• Canned vegetables (green beans, peas, corn, sweet potatoes)

• Cornbread muffin mix

• Cranberry sauce

• Mashed potatoes

• Packaged stuffing

• Turkey gravy
